3. Submit Your DMCA Notice To
Once your notice is received, our team will:
- Review your claim within 7–15 business days.
- Remove or restrict access to the alleged infringing material if verified.
- Notify the user responsible for the content about the removal and allow them to submit a counter-notice if applicable.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, email, and phone number.
- Identification of the content removed and its original location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed in error or due to misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal court in your area.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 30 business days, we may restore your content at our discretion.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts found repeatedly submitting infringing or copyrighted material will be suspended or permanently removed. We aim to maintain a safe and compliant publishing environment for all creators and contributors.
